Why We Exist

ICS is an international construction consultancy firm specialising in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. For the last 20+ years, our firm has provided support to clients across Asia, Europe and the Americas in establishing cost and time savings in commercial, industrial and residential projects.

In early 2021, ICS incorporated itself in the Cambodian market to better support its growing local and regional client base that has grown in the last 7 years.

The country’s steady economic growth since the early 2000s has led to a rapid expansion of infrastructure across the country to support the rise of commerce, tourism, trade and agriculture. To ensure that these infrastructure demands are being met, while adhering to international construction standards, ICS has successfully applied its ‘work smart’ standards at the benefit client projects.
